Step Ottoman: Return Policy

We stand behind every Fursatile product. Prior to shipping your order, we will thorougly inspect, and package it. Every piece of packaging serves a purpose and ensures there is no damage. We want you to love your product for years to come.

The Step Ottoman has a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, you must contact hello@fursatile.com to request a shipping label. Returns sent without an approved shipping label will not be accepted. Once we receive the Step Ottoman and check the condition, we will submit a refund minus shipping: the cost to ship the product to you, and the cost to send it back to us.

Very Important: If your product is eligible and approved for a return, it must be received in the same condition as it was shipped or it cannot be refunded.
