Shipping

Orders that are placed on weekdays will ship between 5-10 days depending on product category. Upon shipment, UPS or USPS will deliver in 5-10 business days. Shipping times may vary, but we will work hard to get you your order as soon as possible. We want you to receive a product you will cherish for years to come. We do not ship on the weekend or holidays. Please note: if you have a special request or are in a hurry, emailing never hurts. We can be reached at hello@fursatile.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally & to P.O. Boxes at this time.

RATES + SERVICES

We use UPS + USPS for all domestic orders. Upon shipment, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days for the carrier to deliver your order.

NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?

We stand behind every Fursatile piece: If there is a mistake or defect we will make every effort to correct the issue. Please remember that you must contact hello@fursatile.com to request a return shipping label. Returns sent without an approved shipping label from Fursatile will not be accepted.

DAMAGES

Our team inspects, prepares and carefully packages each item before it is sent out for delivery. If your box is damaged, refuse delivery and make sure to note the damage on the delivery service’s paperwork, and email us at hello@fursatile.com. Please include your order number and the name of the item that was damaged. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want your shipping experience to be perfect! We are here to help and want you to love your purchase.
