Protective Cover: Return Policy

We stand behind every Fursatile product. Prior to shipping your order, we will thorougly inspect it. We want you to love your product for years to come.

The Fursatile Protective Cover has a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, you must contact hello@fursatile.com to request a shipping label. Returns sent without an approved shipping label will not be accepted. Once the return has been processed, the customer will receive a refund minus shipping: the cost to ship the product to you, and the cost to send it back to us. 

Very Important: If your product is eligible and approved for a return, it must be received in the same condition as it was shipped. It cannot be washed or worn.
