Typical turn-around time for in stock, non-engraved items is 5-7 days via FedEx Home Delivery. However, part or all of your order could take longer to ship depending on availability. Signature required for delivery Engraving turn around time is typically 3 to 4 weeks after the order is placed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been custom engraved. Slight variances that may occur during production and the hand finishing process are characteristic of our pewter and do not constitute defects or sufficient grounds for return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to offer a full merchandise refund on returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
