Protective Cover Pillowcases: Return Policy

We stand behind every Fursatile product. If there is a mistake or defect, we will make every effort to correct the issue. The Fursatile Pillowcases have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, you must contact hello@fursatile.com to request a shipping label. Returns sent without an approved shipping label will not be accepted.  Once the return has been processed, the customer will receive a refund with exception of the shipping cost. Please Note: The Protective Cover Pillowcases must be received in the same condition that it was purchased. It cannot be washed or worn.
